For some reason the scheduled jobs don't reset their status when a site is shut down during development.
Answer
Clear the scheduled job's status
Load SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio)
- Click your database
- Find
tblscheduleditem - Right click, edit
- Find your ScheduledJob
- Delete data in
IsRunningcell - Delete data in
CurrentStatuscell
Note: You don't need to restart or anything, the scheduled job page will see the table change and react appropriately.
