Is there a syntax highlighter for eZ Publish legacy?

eZ Publish legacy uses a variant of smarty, so the smarty syntax highlighter mostly works. eZ makes enough changes, however, that not everything is highlighted correctly. Is there a syntax highlighter directly for eZ Publish Legacy?

There are a number of syntax highlighters for the various text editors out there, none that I know of for PHPStorm.
