This works by default with BrowserStack but it doesn't work out of the box for CrossBrowserTesting.

To test a website that's behind a VPN with CrossBrowserTesting:
- Go to https://app.crossbrowsertesting.com/livetests/run
- Click on "Local Connection" in the top bar
- In the "Local Connection" Modal, make sure "Speed up publicly resolved resolved URLs" is NOT selected.
- Click "Connect" and close the modal.
- The "Local Connection" in the top bar will now show as "On"
