Yeah, this probably doesn't belong here, but I always forget. How do I transfer a call directly to someone's voicemail in the office?
Answer
Use the normal transfer method, but place an asterisk in front of the extension, e.g.:
Transfer to Joe: [transfer]201[transfer]
Transfer to Joe's voicemail: [transfer]*201[transfer]
