I helped out another developer with a ticket. The ticket is for a project that I do not have access to in redmine. How do I add my time?

Ask somebody to add you to the project. Then ask the developer what ticket it was related to.

- Who do I ask? Not everybody can add a person a project.
- @TylerHarms I think Chad can add you to any project, or the PM in charge of the project.
There are two ways.
After copying, you can hold down your SHIFT key while you click and drag to create a new event.
Alternatively, you can just click + drag to create a new event, and then click the Paste button in the empty time entry popup (pictured)
