Can anyone create custom queries in redmine?

The custom queries can be great, but sometimes the existing queries we have are not enough, so I find myself building out my own filters. The downside of this is that my query is not saved when I go pack to an issues list page. Can anyone create these queries? Can they be created on a project by project basis?
Ideally, I could just go to a url for my query like this: https://support.blendinteractive.com/projects/cs-com-support-2018/issues?query_id=46

At the bottom of the filter customization is a 'Save' button (next to Apply/Clear). That should let you save the query.

- Just you. It shows up in the sidebar under the "My custom queries" header. No one else sees your queries.
